My actual insurance repair was completed satisfactorily, so this review isn’t about the quality of the collision work itself. It’s about the customer service and the complete lack of follow-up. Before I even brought my vehicle in, I asked if I could also get a quote to repair some pre-existing damage on my hood while the vehicle was already in the shop. I mentioned it during the initial phone call to schedule the repair. When I dropped the vehicle off, I asked again. When I picked the vehicle up, I asked a third time because no one had ever followed up with me about it. I was told someone would get back to me. Lastly, during my final close out, the employee who was assigned to my vehicle repeatedly asked me to leave a positive review assured me they would follow up with an estimate for the hood damage. That was about a month ago, and I still haven’t heard a single word. What I find frustrating is that this wasn’t a one-time oversight. I made this request repeatedly, and every time it seemed to be acknowledged, but nothing ever happened. As a collision repair shop, I expected more interest in providing an estimate for additional body work while my vehicle was already there. I

I was in a not at fault fender bender and Geico sent me to Caliber Collision in Buckhead. Ray Hargrove was my service advisor and was able to immediately buff out the scratch. He was absolutely fantastic, he turned a frustrating process into something smooth and seamless. He gets an A+ for service and quality. Thank You!

Seth was super communicative throughout the entire repairs process. Incoming parts were delayed and he explained honestly. I really appreciated the updates, he called and also updated using emails. I’m happy with how the car came back, looks brand new and inside was cleaned up.

The staff at Caliber were friendly and professional, but Bernardo was especially amazing. He put me at ease, was extremely patient and thorough when answering all of my questions, and kept in communication with me throughout the entire process. My car was hit by a drunk driver in my buildings parking structure. Since it’s an older car I was worried it would end up being a total loss. They were so helpful and able to make it work with my insurance!! I’m so glad to have my baby back, she’s running great and looks beautiful 🚗💕

I sent my vehicle here to get the bumper repaired and had a great experience! Everyone was very professional and Bernardo was wonderful to work with 10/10. He was constantly updating me throughout the process and made sure everything went smoothly. I would take my car there again. It looks great and I am satisfied with my repair!
